Mindcare is not a crisis centre. In case of emergency we encourage you to follow any advice you may have received from your treating clinican, which may include email or telephone contact with your clinician if sufficiently urgent. In the absence of such advice, emergency care options include:
- Your local family GP
- The mental health crisis team (who can be contacted via your local public hospital)
- The Accident & Emergency Department of your local public hospital
- A 24/7 crisis hotline including:
